History of bricks
Brick is a block of ceramic material which is used in building walls. Bricks usually made by the mortar. Bricks as building material are already known in ancient times. The Romans used the brick and the Roman legions, which were supported by a number of furnaces phones, put a brick in many parts of the empire. Early descriptions of the production process and techniques used in the manufacture of bricks can be found in the Song dynasty, a carpenter from Yingzao Fashi in China. Historically, the manufacturing process of bricks look like this. An employee had to make sure that the temperature inside the furnace remained at a level that caused the transformation of clay to shine and the color of molten gold and silver. He also had to know when the boiler is to be extinguished with water until the enamel surface. Other workers have less job: mixing clay and water, trampling thick paste, smoothing the surface of the arch wire, removing them from the frames, printing of stamps, which indicate where the bricks came from and who is the contractor. The idea of signing the employee name and birth date on a brick and place where this has been done, is not new to the Ming Dynasty and had little or even nothing to do with vanity. As early Qin Dynasty (221 BC -206 BC) required from policy-makers and blacksmiths engraving their names on the arms to track the quality of weapons that remained the standard required by the government.

Brick paving

Brick paving are used during the building of road surfaces. They also meet as a material for the performance of car parks, playgrounds, driveways and factory warehouses. They are also used for lining the sewers. In the market there are many companies that offer clinker stair systems, elevation and floor slabs, fences, etc. Klinkiery is associated with the highest quality materials, which can be achieved by selecting the appropriate species of clay derived from the best national clay deposits. Moreover, this effect is achieved by using the method of production of clinker, which is called "pulling". The inevitable is here and the latest technology used for such products. Clinker is fired at 1080 degrees C for approximately 60 hours. This allows you to achieve natural and aesthetic appearance of products with unprecedented functionality and durability. Technical parameters of clinker in Poland are able to significantly exceed all standards imposed by the European requirements. Klinker has a low absorption, and is resistant to frost and acids in the atmosphere and soil.

The characteristics of clinker are largely dependent on calcium oxide contained in the clay. Clinker is used as building material and road. Depending on the raw materials used in production, clinker products may have very different coefficients of f1 and f2. They define the content of natural radioactive isotopes. There are many products clinker. These include, inter alia, clinker brick building (dimensions same as standard bricks), are full of bricks and holes. Currently the market offers a variety of bricks of various alternative dimensions. Another product is a brick chimney, which is used to build free-standing chimneys encountered in industry.
